For the first time ever, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has added two additional winter animation workshops! One for the Hazelton Area School District, and one from Graham Academy in Kingston Pennsylvania!

During the Hazelton Area workshop from December 19th – 22nd 2022, the students learned how to create a short, animated film from concept to completion! On January 5th 2023, the students have returned to do additional fun Collaborations on Character Design and Figure Drawing.

On Thursday during the Graham Academy Workshop, DaniAcademy’s special guest Nathan Hacker did a presentation of his experience as a stop-motion animator, and the different job positions in the animation industry. We would like to thank Nathan as our special guest and for teaching the job and stop-motion aspects of animation.
